Shipping and Return


We use Fedex to ship our perishable item sets and USPS Flatrate Priority Mail for non-perishables.  All our food products are shipped chilled, which means that we add cold packs to an insulated box to keep the cold chain during the duration of transit.

The rates you will see upon check-out are calculated by the carrier based on distance from our warehouse in Oakland, CA, based on the shipping weight of the package.

We will process your orders on following week's Tuesday after receiving your order.  We only send out orders once a week.  Bulk items are only available if stock is available. During long weekends, shipments may be delayed especially for our yubas which are made by hand by our food artisans.

All Sales are Final due to the perishable nature of our products.
Certain items that are damaged in the mail can be refunded or partially refunded.
